What Creavero stores, why it stores it, and how you delete it.
Who this covers
This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of Creavero at creavero.com (“Creavero”, “we”) collects and uses personal data when you use the service. It applies to visitors and to people with an account.
What we store
Your account email address and authentication credentials, held by our authentication provider. Email sign-up is not active until you confirm the address.
The projects you create: the product link you paste, the brief and creative versions generated from it, your chat messages with the agent, the media you upload, and the video files produced for you.
A credit ledger recording every credit granted and every credit spent, so paid steps can be reconciled.
Payment details are collected by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers we need to grant credits and to cancel billing when you delete the account. We do not store card numbers.
Why we store it
To run the product. A project cannot be resumed, re-rendered, or billed correctly without its history.
To take payment, grant credits, and prevent the same delivery from being charged twice.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who else processes it
Creavero is built on third-party processors, and the data needed for a given step is sent to them: hosting and compute (Vercel), a managed Postgres database with authentication and file storage (Supabase), a page-reading service for the product URL you paste (Firecrawl), model providers for text, image, speech and presenter video, and Stripe for credit purchases and subscriptions.
Each of these processes only what that step requires. We do not sell access to your projects.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember the cookie choice itself. They are required for the service to work.
Analytics cookies are optional and off until you accept them. You can change that from the cookie banner or from Account settings. Creavero does not set advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep a project and its media for as long as the account holds them, so you can reopen and re-export the work.
Deleting a project deletes its rows and the media stored against it. Deleting your account cancels an active paid subscription, then removes the projects, media, and sign-in owned by it.
Your data
You can review and edit the profile we show, download the videos we produced for you, and delete a project or the whole account from Settings.
Media files are held in a private bucket; links to them are short-lived and are checked against your ownership on every request.
To delete the account, open Settings → Account and confirm with the account email. That cancels an active paid subscription, then removes the projects, media, and sign-in.
Changes
We may update this policy when the product changes. The date at the bottom is the version that applies. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
